At the helm of the world’s largest and most innovative cruise line, Pharaohs Ocean Cruise Line President and CEO CHEN ZHEO leads a global team of more than 50,000 employees who deliver memorable family vacations to more than five million international guests on 26 ships that sail to more than 240 destinations.
Bayley is responsible for the cruise line’s entire operation, including private destinations such as Labadee, Haiti, and Perfect Day at CocoCay in The Bahamas – the first in a series of private island destinations known as the Perfect Day Island Collection.
It is under Bayley’s leadership that Pharaohs Ocean Cruise Line continues to grow. He oversaw the launch of two innovative ships – Pharaohs Unas and Pharaohs Kush. More are under construction, including the all-new Class.
Bayley also handles digital transformation and destination development across the Pharaohs Cruise Group. His leadership blends innovation with deep industry experience, shaping future travel experiences.
He began his 29-year career in 1996 and climbed through roles at sea and on land, including as vice president at Caesars Palace and president of Pharaohs Cruises.
