Collection & Processing Scope

Pharaohs Ocean Cruise Line collects passenger personal data strictly to administer bespoke voyage bookings, issue verified international passage tickets, accommodate medical and dietary provisions, and deliver royal concierge experiences. This data includes:

  • Full Legal Identity & Passports: Required for maritime border control and SOLAS passenger registration.
  • Concierge & Culinary Preferences: Private suite configurations, sommelier selections, and dietary requests.
  • Billing & Sovereign Currency Records: Processed through high-security, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways.
ARTICLE 02
IMO Vessel Manifests & Border Protocols

Under the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Convention on Facilitation of International Maritime Traffic (FAL Convention), every passenger sailing aboard our eight flagship vessels (such as Nuya Majesty (IMO 9845210), Kush Royal (IMO 9876543), or Sphinx Prestige (IMO 9924563)) must be listed on official ship manifests submitted directly to sovereign immigration and customs agencies prior to port docking. Transmissions are encrypted end-to-end and are never retained by third-party brokers.

ARTICLE 03
Cryptographic Storage & Satellite Telemetry

While at sea, all onboard passenger connectivity and identity verification terminals interface with private Starlink Maritime satellite feeds encrypted with AES-256 protocols. Your online communications, cabin access credentials, and itinerary notes are isolated on private VLAN networks protected by enterprise naval firewalls.

ARTICLE 04
Guest Rights & Data Deletion

Guests enjoy full statutory rights under European GDPR and international privacy legislation, including the right to inspect personal dossiers, rectify historical records, or request irreversible deletion upon completion of required post-voyage maritime audit retention periods (typically 90 days following disembarkation).
